Accompagner les jeunes dans la formation et l’insertion professionnelle tel est l’objectif de la fondation GIZ à travers le programme Réussir au Sénégal.
Pour ce faire, un forum d’une semaine a été organisé avec comme parties prenantes des diplômés en mode et restauration entres autres ainsi que les entreprises devant les accueillir pour leur insertion professionnelle.
Loin de s’en arrêter à la formation, Mme Rokhaya Faye conseillère technique de la coopération allemande GIZ antenne de Thiés fait savoir que les écoles de formation sont aussi outillées pour une formation de qualité afin de bien s’imprégner en entreprise.
Au total, 80 jeunes bénéficiaires ont reçu leurs diplômes à la fin de la formation et vont grâce à la coopération allemande démarrer leur insertion professionnelle en entreprise.
