Ndiaga Diaw Responsable, SG du PDS à Thiès réclame sa démission du conseil départemental
Le responsable libéral a tenu un pont de presse pour dit-il « se prononcer sur la situation politique du pays, après avoir entendu comme tous les sénégalais, la déclaration de patrimoine d’Idrissa SECK, président du CESE, par ailleurs, président du Conseil Départemental de Thiès.
Dans cette démarche, Ndiaga DIAW Il estime que ce dernier a étonné plus d’ un , puis qu’avant l’année 2000, « il avait déclaré avoir vendu sa maison, pour financer l’élection du président Abdoulaye WADE. Car pour le responsable libéral, c’est le président WADE lui-même ou ses proches, qui effectuaient les virements sur le compte d’Idrissa SECK, au niveau d’une banque parisienne qui lui était familière. »
D’après le secrétaire général du PDS, « le président du parti REWMI, se retrouve avec une fortune qui dépasse largement les biens supposés mal acquis, attribués à Karim Meïssa WADE. Cela pose problème, estimant qu’ils (l’Etat et la Crei) avaient effectué le tour du ciel et de la terre et n’ont trouvé aucun franc, appartenant au fils du président WADE.
Donc, si l’actuel président du CESE se retrouve avec une telle fortune, la CREI doit prendre ses responsabilités pour que cette affaire soit tirée au clair. Argumente le responsable du Pds « qui juge inacceptable cette énorme fortune du président SECK qui n’avait exercé que 4 ans au pouvoir. » A ce titre, Ndiaga DIAW interpelle la Crei qui avait accusé et jeté en prison Karim WADE, même, sans que des preuves soient emmenées.»
D’autres parts, l’accusateur change son fusil d’épaule : « Depuis le 1er décembre dernier, Idrissa SECK est entrain de violer la loi, pour l’incompatibilité d’exercer cumulativement, les fonctions de président du Conseil départemental de Thiès et du CESE. Il est donc sommé de démissionner d’ici un mois, en se fondant sur les explications du Pr Ngouda MBOUP, selon lesquels « les lois qui s’appliquaient au Conseil Régional d’alors, s’appliquent maintenant au Conseil Départemental de Thiès. Enfin, le secrétaire général du PDS a clairement exprimé la position du parti sur la question, en demandant au Président SECK à démissionné de l’une des instances précitées, faute de quoi, le parti démocratique Sénégalais fera un sit-in devant le Conseil Départemental , le 20 février prochain.
