Le Promoteur Luc Nicolai arrêté à la Brigade de recherche de Thies

Condamné à 5 ans de prison dont 2 ans ferme dans l’affaire du Lamantin beach, l’homme d’affaires et promoteur de lutte Luc Nicolaï vient d’être arrêté par la brigade de gendarmerie de Thiès, selon les informations de Libération online. Il va être déposé en prison puisque les gendarmes agissaient en vertu d’un ordre d’incarcération.
Son arrestation intervient 24h seulement après avoir ficelé le combat Modou Lô-Ama Baldé.

Le célèbre promoteur de lutte, Luc Nicolaï, condamné à 5 ans de prison dont 2 ans ferme dans l’affaire du Lamantin beach vient d’être arrêté par la brigade de gendarmerie de Thiès, une ville située à 80 km de l’est de Dakar, rapporte de Libération online. Il sera déposé en prison dès ce soir, puisque les gendarmes agissaient en vertu d’un ordre d’incarcération.
L’affaire de la drogue placée dans une chambre à l’hôtel Lamatin Beach de Saly, zone touristique, située dans la région de Mbour à 80 km de Dakar, n’est toujours pas finie. La Cour suprême s’était penchée le 16 juillet dernier sur le dossier accablant le promoteur de lutte (Lamb en wolof), Luc Nicolaï
Condamné à cinq (5) ans de prison dont un (1) an avec sursis et 100 millions et 20 millions de F Cfa à payer respectivement à Bertrand Touly et à l’hôtel Lamantin Beach, avec un mandat d’arrêté en sus, Luc Nicolaï avait formulé un pourvoi en cassation contre la décision rendue par la Cour d’appel de Saint-Louis, au Nord du Sénégal.
La partie adverse, Bertrand Touly qui n’était pas prête à lâcher du lest, estimait que le promoteur de lutte n’a même pas le droit de faire un pourvoi, puisqu’il fait l’objet d’un mandat d’arrêté qui n’est pas encore exécuté.
Selon DAKARACTU, Les choses se corsent pour le promoteur Luc Nicolaï dans l’affaire de la drogue de Lamantin Beach. Selon des informations de Dakaractu, le parquet avait émis depuis quelques temps un mandat d’amener contre Luc Nicolaï. Chose exécutée par la gendarmerie de Thies, car, selon nos sources, le promoteur est arrêté et placé en garde à vue depuis cet après-midi.
Celui qui vient de décrocher le combat Modou Lo contre Ama Baldé sera déféré incessamment au parquet.
