La Fédération Sénégalaise de Football (FSF) est sortie de son silence pour soutenir Idrissa Gana Guèye au cœur d’une polémique née de son refus de porter le maillot du PSG floqué aux couleurs LGBT. En défendant l’international sénégalais, l’instance a recadré la Fédération française de football (FFF) qui a demandé à Gana de s’exprimer sur cette affaire.
« Quand l’éthique se base sur l’hypothétique et le diktat, la liberté individuelle est en péril.
C’est avec une grande surprise (et une grande inquiétude sur le traitement de certains joueurs essentiellement d’origine africaine, disons le clairement) que la Fédération Sénégalaise de Football a pris connaissance de la lettre du 17 mai 2022 portant en-tête de la FFF(Fédération Française de Football) et censée venir de son Conseil National de l’Ethique.
S’il est difficile de trouver les bases légales, statutaires ou réglementaires d’une telle démarche dans les textes du Football ou du sport en général , sa finalité est par contre claire : contraindre le joueur à faire ce que son libre arbitre ne l’incline à faire.
Est-on vraiment dans cette France que l’on nous avait contée et racontée dans nos écoles, celle qui a comme devise la liberté, la fraternité et de l’égalité pour tous?
Comment une instance qui prétend promouvoir l’éthique dans le Football peut se fonder sur des supputations pour s’adresser à une personne pour lui enjoindre de s’exprimer et pire encore de s’afficher avec le maillot aux couleurs LGBTQI+ pour mettre fin aux dites supputations ?
Cela ne rappelle-t-il pas ces pratiques d’un autre temps dans les salles de classes des écoles où pour punir l’élève « insoumis », le maître ou le professeur le mettait au supplice de l’humiliation devant ses autres camarades de classe pour la sanction comme pour l’exemple ?
Il est un principe élémentaire en droit qui dit que nul ne peut être tenu à apporter la preuve d’un fait négatif.
Pourquoi le dit Conseil national d’éthique n’a-t-il pas commencé par demander aux médias français qui ont porté l’accusation d’apporter la preuve de leurs allégations?
Mieux, pourquoi ne s’est-elle pas adressée au club du joueur qui a communiqué sur les raisons de la non participation d’Idrissa Gana Guéye au match de la polémique?
La tournure de la correspondance est d’autant plus inquiétante en ce qui concerne le respect des droits élémentaires du joueur Idrissa Gana Guéye qu’on y lit cette phrase qui sonne comme une sentence comminatoire sans jugement préalable : «en ne participant pas à cette opération, vous validez le comportement discriminatoire, le refus de l’autre et pas seulement de la communauté LGBTQI+.»
La suite est sans commentaire car elle traduit en elle-même toute la dimension des préjugés de l’auteur de cette lettre éthique : »Nous devons tous nous sentir concernés par toutes les discriminations et pas seulement celles qui nous touchent personnellement.»
Manifestement et inconsciemment, au moment d’écrire sa lettre, le sieur Patrick Anton n’a pas pu s’empêcher de mettre en lien la situation qu’il décrit ou déplore avec la couleur (ou la religion) de Mr Idrissa Gana Guéye.
Ce faisant, s’est-il rendu compte qu’il est en train de stigmatiser le dit joueur en le classant d’emblée et sans son avis dans la catégorie des personnes discriminées ?
Ainsi se présente toute la problématique des libertés de nos jours, elles ne sont plus universelles : il ya celles que l’ont promeut voire impose, même au forceps s’il le faut, d’autres pour lesquels on détourne la tête et qui ne bénéficieront jamais d’une journée de championnat dédiée malheureusement.
S’il ya quelqu’un qui doit clarifier sa situation ou faire amende honorable, ce n’est point Idrissa Gana Guéye mais bien Mr Patrice Anton du Conseil National d’éthique de la FFF qui non content de chercher de la fumée là il n ya point de feu est pris en flagrant délit de menaces voilées et de propos discriminatoires à l’encontre d’un joueur professionnel dont le seul tort est de ne pas avoir joué un match de championnat, ce qui au demeurant jusqu’à plus ample informer est un fait courant et ne concerne que les relations entre ce dernier et son club employeur.
La Fédération Sénégalaise de Football se voit obligée dans de telles circonstances et sans préjudicier en aucune manière aux règles qui régissent le Football dans une association sœur, d’exprimer toute sa solidarité au Joueur Idrissa Gana Guéye, membre de l’équipe nationale du Sénégal et dont elle peut témoigner des qualités humaines exceptionnelles et de son sens poussé du respect de l’autre sans concession sur le respect qu’on lui doit lui-même en tant personne jouissant d’une totale liberté de conscience.
Elle se réserve également le droit de saisir les instances internationales compétentes dans le domaine du sport ou en matière de droits de l’homme pour que ce qui ressemble à un harcèlement institutionnalisé cesse. »
