L’ambassadeur de Chine au Congo, au cours d’un échange avec les médias le 20 avril à Brazzaville a décrié comportement malsain de certaines compagnies chinoises irrégulières. «Nous Ambassade, nous ne protégeons jamais les mauvaises actions posées par des chinois, et souhaitons que les médias nous remontent toute information de ce genre, afin que nous prenions des mesures nécessaires », s’est insurgé Mâ Fulin, au cours d’un échange avec les professionnels des médias locaux. C’est par ces mots que l’ambassadeur chinois au Congo, Mâ Fulin a décrié, le comportement malsain de certaines compagnies chinoises irrégulières qui exercent sur le territoire congolais. Ces sociétés qui ne respectent pas la loi et les règles de l’Etat congolais. Pour lui ces entreprises qui remettent en cause la coopération gagnant-gagnant existant entre le Congo et la Chine, seront interpellées. En république du Congo, il y a des compagnies chinoises irrégulières qui peinent à trouver des permis, et qui, collaborent avec des sociétés locales, au nom de la coopération sino-congolaise, sans l’aval de l’Ambassade. C’est du moins ce qu’a expliqué le diplomate chinois. Au terme de l’échange avec les médias, l’ambassadeur de Chine au Congo a fait un don de matériels informatiques et bureautiques à certains médias notamment Vox tv, DRTV, Télé-Congo, Radio Congo, Agence congolaise de l’information (ACI), La semaine africaine, Les Dépêches de Brazzaville, le Groupe Congo Médias.
