Atelier de clôture du projet shep aprés 5 ans de mise en œuvre dans le cadre de la coopération avec la république du Japon.
Le projet shep se veut une solution aux problèmes de commercialisation des produits horticoles , un problème auquel sont confrontés notamment les producteurs de la zone des Niayes.
Au cours de ces 5 années, prés de 2500 producteurs et 78 groupements ont été touchés par ce projet qui consiste à les capaciter en les faisant passer de la posture de produire pour vendre seulement à celle de produire et effectuer sa propre vente.
Une grande réussite à en croire Mme Diéye directrice Ancar( agence chargée de la mise en œuvre du projet shep) zone des Niayes, avec des résultats à terme de 30% d’amélioration de revenus de ces producteurs et horticulteurs qui sont maintenant autonomes grâce à la mise en œuvre du projet shep.
Cette cérémonie s’est tenue sous la houlette du ministère de l’agriculture et aussi la présence de l’ambassadeur du japon au Sénégal qui d’ailleurs est en fin de mission mais promet une continuité dans la collaboration sénégalo-japonaise après avoir monté une trés grande satisfaction suite au bon déroulement du projet.
